Terms of Service
Last updated: April 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of prompt2site.com (the “Service”) operated by prompt2site.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
prompt2site.com provides tools to generate and modify websites and related content using artificial intelligence based on your instructions (“Prompts”). We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of Prompts and materials you submit (such as text, images, and branding information) that you already owned or have the right to use. You grant us a license to host, process, store, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the Service, including sending portions to AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for the legality of your content and for ensuring you have the rights to use any third-party materials you include. You must not submit content that violates law, infringes others’ rights, or is abusive, deceptive, or harmful.
4. AI-generated output
Output produced by the Service may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and using any generated sites or code in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights. We do not warrant that output will be unique or non-infringing.
5. Publishing and URLs
The Service may allow you to publish content to a free public URL on our domain (for example under /pub/). We may also offer or describe the ability to connect a custom domain to your published content. Availability, configuration steps, and any fees for custom domains are subject to our current product documentation and billing terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to probe for vulnerabilities, overload systems, scrape other users’ content without permission, distribute malware, or use the Service to build sites that promote illegal activity, hate, harassment, or fraud. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Fees
Some features may be free; others may require payment or credits. Prices and terms are presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction as we may specify in a separate agreement, or otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
